We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from Calicose. If  you are not satisfied with your purchase because of color variation,stitching defects or damage, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the shipping date. The only items purchased at Calicose which are FINAL SALE , unless they are defective.

We will gladly refund or exchange, within 30 days of the shipping date, all unwashed, unworn and fully tagged eligible merchandise in its original condition, when accompanied by the original packing slip. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

 

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment originally used to complete the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded. You may exchange an online purchase by contacting us.

 

We do our best to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If we shipped you the wrong item, or if you find an item to be defective, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Do not return the item before contacting us, as we may assist you with return shipping fees.

Please note: Clearance items, Custom made dresses and sarees  are ""final sale"" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective.

Returning by mail:
1. Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.

3. Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier. Please note that the RETURN LABEL IS NOT PREPAID, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Ship the return package to the address provided at the check out.
